Return Policy

Console Vault accepts the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for up to 30 days from the date of purchase for any Console Vault product purchased directly from Console Vault’s and shipped directly from Console Vault’s warehouse(s) with the exception of the following:

Custom products

Final no return sale items

Special quantity orders

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

To return a qualifying Console Vault product:

You must contact Console Vault for an RA# (Return Authorization Number) and packaging instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. The returned product must be packaged with same amount of protection as when it left the warehouse. (Example: Parts should not be placed inside the Console Vault box without packaging protection or the inside of the box may need to be repaired). Any repair costs incurred by Console Vault to make a returned product re-sellable will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns for products not purchased directly from Console Vault, through our Affiliate Network or any other online venue, must be returned to the Affiliate Company or the individual from which the product was originally purchased. If purchased through an Affiliate Company, check their return policy as they may vary.
