Triple Lock

Console Vault has recently made the greatest design improvement since the product was first developed. Our new Triple Guard Lock System™ incorporates a latch design similar to the pins used in the doors of bank vaults, an overall improvement that greatly increases security.

The design also includes a front channel that incorporates the lid into the body of the vault itself, ultimately eliminating stress from the physical lock.

Great Security Option for Center Console

After examining the center consoles available for my 2023 Subaru Ascent; I settled on the Console Mount Model 1108-3D Subaru Ascent Center Console Safe: 2019 ñ 2024.Installation was straight forward even for the non-mechanically skilled. The safe is secure, slipped into the console space and was securely anchored with the two supplied self tapping screws.The OEM change tray fits nicely on the top of the vault. You need to remove it to open the vault.I can leave my handgun with confidence, when I am required to visit a location which is posted as a "Free Murder Zone" by the Hoplophobes.Highly recommend this product.

Locker down far superior

This is the only company that has a console lock box for my wifes ascent. If locker down would make one I would throw this one out. It's terribly loose inside the compartment. The locking tumbler always loosens up using a spring washer is a horrible idea should be using a lock washer. The tolerances all around are sloppy. Apparently they can't engineer tighter specs.

Great Product.

I truly love this product. Construction and design is top shelf. Meets and exceeds all expectations. Fit is super snug and the barrell lock is super secure yet simple to open with the key. 5 stars.

Great Safe

Above Expectations. Very easy to install. I decided to purchase this one as is identical as the one that came in my Toyota Tundra. You won't be disappointed. A future version with digital or thumb finger lock will be great
