Features Console Vault's Triple Guard Lock System™:

Console Vault has recently made the greatest design improvement since the product was first developed. Our new Triple Guard Lock System™ incorporates a latch design similar to the pins used in the doors of bank vaults, an overall improvement that greatly increases security.

The design also includes a front channel that incorporates the lid into the body of the vault itself, ultimately eliminating stress from the physical lock.

vault for 2022 Wilderness

The vault for my Subaru Wilderness was a perfect fit and an easy installetion.

This is GREAT! Easy installation, fits perfectly, and now I have secure storage in my Subaru Outback. My only wish would be for Subaru to have a larger console (so I could fit more/bigger stuff).

Solid Protection for Those in Need

We ordered the 4-digit Console Vault for a 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness, which at the time was still on order from the dealer. After the vault arrived, we set it up with our personal combination with no difficulty and waited for the car to arrive. Installation was a breeze, and we did use a powered battery drive wrench to drive the two bolts home. The unit fits like a glove and still allows access to the 12V Power Outlet that is located within the console. Well worth the expense, especially if you have valuables that you have to leave in the car. It is NOT recommended to store the key fob, since it is needed to communicate with the car, and would be blocked by the steel shell. I took the photos after the installation to give the prospective buyer what it looks like in my 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness. It is large enough to hold a handgun in a holster along with a sufficient number of magazines.

Perfect Fit

I have had a Console Vault in my last 6 vehicles. I find them to be essential equipment. The Outback has a small console, but it works as advertised.
