Features Console Vault's Triple Guard Lock System

Triple Lock

Console Vault has recently made the greatest design improvement since the product was first developed. Our new Triple Guard Lock System incorporates a latch design similar to the pins used in the doors of bank vaults, an overall improvement that greatly increases security.

The design also includes a front channel that incorporates the lid into the body of the vault itself, ultimately eliminating stress from the physical lock.

Dimensions:

Interior: 11.25" L x 5" W x 2.25" H
Lid Opening: 7.625" L x 3.375" W

Fit Perfectly and Easy to Install
Toyota could not even provide an OEM safe for our 2021 Prius Prime. This product was our only option. However, I was delighted to find how well built this product is after I received it. The quality exceeded my expectations.

Great Product
Installed and set the code in under 10 minutes. This product has solid design and construction. When I purchase a new vehicle I would want to look on this site to ensure that I purchase a vehicle that this company builds a vault for, which is quite a lot of makes and models and I think that is impressive. Keep it up guys!

Excellent Product
Some years ago, when I first heard of Console Vault, I inquired about a vault for a Prius, but they were not being made. I bought a Transporter, but it ended up in the house, not the car. Time passed and I heard no more about Console Vault until a couple of months ago when I was delighted to learn they now make a vault for a Prius in the 2015-2020 range. The vault fit my "in that range" Prius perfectly. While the install was relatively simple, be sure to have a ratchet wrench or the install job will become very tiresome. Otherwise, the install went well and the vault fits firmly in place. It looks as though the vault door could have been made a little longer, but it does seem adequate for items one might place in a console vault, even a small umbrella I keep in mine (for rain, not security). I purchased the barrel lock key and was surprised how thick the plastic cover on its handle was. But you do have to press down firmly before turning the key, and I suppose it would be a bit annoying if the key handle were too thin. All in all, I am happy the vaults are being made for vehicles smaller than trucks, I am pleased with the installation, fit, construction and ease of access. I think this was a very useful addition to my car. So, 5-stars!

Couldn't be better
I am very pleased with my console vault. It is secure, convenient, and I am still able to use most of the volume of my console for storage. It was ingeniously designed. I am confidently able to leave my valuables in my car whether I lock the car or not.

Great Product
Fabulous product. Very well made. Would have loved to install but it will not fit a 2012 Prius, for which the internet says is in the same family as the 2015. It appears the range Prius noted in the description has a slightly wider and materially longer bin. Perhaps there are 2 2015 Prius builds? Not sure about that, but I took a chance given my internet research. Wasn’t just for a weapon, was primarily going to use to lock key fob while taking out valet key as it’s secure for anything. Wish it woulda worked. Highly recommend, just make sure your vehicle is truly within the range specified.
