Ordered for a 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE Gas model. This vault is perfectly cut for the center console. It fits perfectly inside, not too tight but cut perfectly to where it seals the edges so you can't really stick anything down the sides to try and pry it up. It is secured with 2 bolts directly to the frame. Install was very easy with the instructions. The bolts use an Allen key, which aides in security. Also, one of the bolt locations makes screwing it in with the Allen key very cumbersome (it's annoying screwing it in, but good in that to unscrew it such as during a case of theft if the thief somehow even gets into the vault, takes FOREVER). The idea is it is too time consuming to unbolt the vault. The Elite lock is nice and feels secure. Once it is bolted in, it feels very tight, no looseness or rattling during driving. The included USB-C adapter allows you to use the USB-C slot to charger your phone, although it would have ben nicer to have 2 adapters to make use of the OEM 2 slots. They did include a felt pad to cover the bottom of the vault to hide the bolts. They also have felt pads on the edges where the lid closes and opens so there's no loud metal clanking sound when you close or open the vault lid, a very nice touch. The steel vault feels sturdy and secure. My only concern is the licking steel piece is visible, and that is the only thing locking the vault. I supposed a determined thief COULD use a thin metal saw to saw through the steel latch through the thin crevice, but that would make too long and is highly unlikely. Overall, a great purchase and is great for temporary/permanent storage of valuables. Very glad I bought this. I don't think there is any better or more perfect competitor out there that has this kind of quality.

I am very impressed with this product. We the company says it is designed to fit exactly in the console of my RAV4, they meant it. This product is very well-made and the installation was easy. It is perfectly in place, solid, and makes no noise at all while driving. I recommend the Console Vault without reservation.

The lockbox was well built and easy to install. It fit like a glove and is easy to use. If for some reason you have to leave valuables in your vehicle, this is the place to put them.

Very Nice lick box. Very useful in locking up any valuables , car registration etc. Use it every time I go surfing, or a hike or beach walk. My friends and family really like hiding their stuff in it also. Much more well received by my friends than I expected. Install was pretty simple and straight forward and it looks nice.
