Triple Lock

Console Vault has recently made the greatest design improvement since the product was first developed. Our new Triple Guard Lock System incorporates a latch design similar to the pins used in the doors of bank vaults, an overall improvement that greatly increases security.

The design also includes a front channel that incorporates the lid into the body of the vault itself, ultimately eliminating stress from the physical lock.

I believe that I purchsed the very best product available

The quality, fitment and securement well exceeded my expectations. What is also impressive is that Console Vault actually is still producing this for my twenty-year-old truck. The fact that they do is endearing to the quality of product that they provide. My only regret is not buying this sooner. Keep up the great work!

I am happy, except I could not get 2 of the 4 bolts in to mount the safe.† I couldn't get enough pressure†and leverage†for the self tapping screws to tap the plastic, and need to figure out another way.

Nice, minor installation problems

Received my ConsoleVault today and promptly installed it in my '09 F-150 SuperCrew. There were some minor installation issues; first the instructions called for a 10mm socket (too small), had to use a 7/16. The nutserts were also too long for the threads to engage on the sides of the vault, so I had to drill pilot holes in the plastic and start them manually then back them out before installing the vault. After that everything went smoothly. Very pleased with the unit.
