Features Console Vault's Triple Guard Lock System™:

Console Vault has recently made the greatest design improvement since the product was first developed. Our new Triple Guard Lock System™ incorporates a latch design similar to the pins used in the doors of bank vaults, an overall improvement that greatly increases security.

The design also includes a front channel that incorporates the lid into the body of the vault itself, ultimately eliminating stress from the physical lock.

Vault is very sturdy and feels like it should be secure enough for a quick robbery attempt. Install is super easy and fast. Access to inside vault is fast enough with elite 4 digit lock. I keep mine unlocked when I'm in truck. The only down side I have is the same as I have with all consoles and that's stuff moves around and gets buried by other stuff. I mounted a holster inside so my pistol will stay put and I do not have to dig for it. Living where I do, I normally have it concealed on my person and keep with me. Other than that I am very pleased with the system.

Quality Safe

I considered many console safe options but always considered Console Safe the best. I was not disappointed, quality throughout. I'm going to upgrade the stock 3 tumbler lock with the 4 tumbler when it becomes available. I feel Safe securing my valuables in this unit.

Worth the investment

I have been happy with my Console Vault after receiving the liner pads for both the remainder of the console (I have the half vault) and the Console Vault. I initially made some liner pads for both until I called customer service to get the internal dimensions of my Console Vault and was told I should have received the liner pads with my order. Fortunately I was sent out a second shipment with the liner pads and made the Vault more pleasing to use for items that protecting the finish on is important. I'm very pleased with my Console Vault as is with the four digit combination lock but I would have rather had the elite four digit lock. I'm waiting on notification that the elite lock is available for purchase.
