Triple Lock

Console Vault has recently made the greatest design improvement since the product was first developed. Our new Triple Guard Lock System™ incorporates a latch design similar to the pins used in the doors of bank vaults, an overall improvement that greatly increases security.

The design also includes a front channel that incorporates the lid into the body of the vault itself, ultimately eliminating stress from the physical lock.

A few issues

I have 5 console vaults in different cars. This one is the one I disliked the most. First is not a full box it's a top and sides. Second the way the screws are they aren't penetrating the car box as they should ( maybe a more pointed tip would help.) it took a great amount of work to convince them to go in. Also one has to start with the front screw because otherwise the vault is shifting from the normal position. Third the dialing is upside down, so seating in the driver seat you see it from the wrong direction. otherwise it's ok. Obviously if they take their time to break it out of the car they can access everything easily from the bottom since as I mention is not a full box. That makes no sense what so ever all my other ones are a full fox.

Solid product!

Solid product and was easy to install. The only grip I have is that the combo digits are upside down when installed in the console.

Barrel Lock upside down

Works as advertised. Barrel lock numbers are upside down. Should be an easy fix for this company. No response when I brought this up with them. Poor customer support. I would have given the vault a 5 except for the poor customer support.
