The design also includes a front channel that incorporates the lid into the body of the vault itself, ultimately eliminating stress from the physical lock.

Great Product but

I had a Console Vault in my previous pickup and it was great so naturally I had to have one in my new pickup. It’s fit in the console and looks great. I am sure it will do the job it is intended to do. My only complaint is the installation. It is difficult but not impossible. There are four nuts and four self threading bolts that have to be fastened inside the vault through the vault door. The vault door has limited access and you cannot see what you are doing, thus it makes it difficult to install these fasteners.

Good option

So, I bought the safe about two weeks ago. Just got around to installing it last Saturday. Installation was pretty straightforward except for having to twist your wrist to get the right angle in the back part. It is sturdy after installation and would definitely not be an easy snatch & grab. I do wish that the opening was not exactly in the middle. With the F150, the console arm is big and it’s a little cumbersome to open the safe where the combo and door are, but it’s doable. All in all, a great purchase and will keep whatever I put in there safer than just being in the glove box.

Great Purchase

Received quickly and the install process was extremely simple. Glad I am now able to easily store my forearm when needed.

Second Purchase in less than a Year!

I purchased this safe for my wife's 2024 Ford Expedition Max Limited. It's our family ride and our grandkids are in it several times a week. It's the best way, in my opinion, to keep access to my firearm, but make access for my grandkids impossible. We feel great about it because the quality is top tier. So, I purchased another one - same style - for my 2023 Ford F150 Crew Sport. Nothing but good things to say. I love this company!

Fits perfect in my '21 F150 center console

Nice quality product. Easy installation and easy to use.
Only small hiccup was- the "front" sticker was actually on the back brace but it was simple to figure out. Hopefully I can get a couple a mini Ford emblem for my dog kennels in the bed. :)
Nice safe! I'd buy it again for sure.
