This was a perfect fit and easy install.

This was an easy five minute job, and so easy to install a caveman could do it. Only item I would like to see are rubber caps to go over the mounting bolts/screws. I'll have to make a run to the hardware store to see if I can find some. After seeing mine, I've got a couple friends looking into getting them for their trucks.

I think itís a fantastic purchase. Almost exactly what I wanted!!! I researched other brands for a while and ordered this vault that goes into the bottom bench seat console-It fits perfectly. One concern I have is that the vault only has drill holes to secure to the left/right walls of the console. It should come with some pre-drilled holes to secure the vault through the floor of truck. I drilled some in mine to secure the vault more firmly. If not, then I would be worried, the idiot breaking into my truck would try to rip the entire console out, thus taking the vault with it. It may seem over kill, but when you put it in thereÖ.you will see what I mean. The other concern I have is the gap at the top of the door. Tend to wonder if the idiot could get a big bladed screw driver in there and pry on it to open??Another issue- is that I have the three number combination lock. I did not realize but it sure will be difficult to line the correct sequence in the darkÖwhereas fitting a key may be easier and faster?? I think I still order the combination because I may fumble and lose a key. Just some things to think about. I think itís a fantastic order, just what I needed. Very sturdy and heavy gauge. The issues I brought up are pretty logical but in the end, if the jackhole wants to get inÖ.the idiot will most likely find a way.

I CAN ONLY SAY THAT THIS IS BT FAR BETTER THAN I EXPECTED. I'M IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND NOW IFEEL VERY CONFORTABLE LEAVING MY WEAPON IN TRUCK. THANKS

I love my new console vault. It is super secure and installed in about 10m. The build quality is great and I use it all the time to secure my valuables in the car. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone.
